2. Program Registration and Payment

• All registrations for workshops and programs must be completed through our official channels
• Payment must be made in full before attending any workshop or program
• Registration is considered complete only after payment confirmation
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the workshop start date are eligible for a full refund
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop
• Cricket Skills Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops
• In case of cancellation by Cricket Skills Academy, participants will receive a full refund

4. Workshop Content and Materials

• All content and materials provided during workshops are for personal use only
• Recording, sharing, or distributing workshop content is strictly prohibited
• Cricket Skills Academy retains all intellectual property rights to workshop materials

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain professional behavior during all sessions
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund
• Respect for trainers, staff, and other participants is mandatory

6. Health and Safety

• Participants are responsible for their own physical well-being
• Any pre-existing conditions should be disclosed before participation
• Cricket Skills Academy is not liable for any injuries during workshops

7. Online Sessions

• Stable internet connection is the participant's responsibility
• Technical issues on the participant's end do not qualify for refunds
• Session recordings may be provided at Cricket Skills Academy's discretion

8. Modifications to Terms

Cricket Skills Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
