At Cricket Skills Academy, we strive to provide the highest quality cricket training and workshop experiences. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines our refund terms and procedures.

1. Workshop Cancellation by Participant

More than 48 Hours Notice:

  • Full refund minus processing fees (if any)
  • Option to transfer to another workshop date
  • Credit for future workshops valid for 3 months

Less than 48 Hours Notice:

  • No refund available
  • May be eligible for workshop transfer (subject to availability)
  • Special considerations for medical emergencies with proper documentation

2. Workshop Cancellation by Cricket Skills Academy

  • Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Priority booking for next available workshop date
  • Additional 10% discount on next workshop booking

3. Online Workshop Refunds

  • Technical issues on Cricket Skills Academy's end: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • Participant's technical issues: No refund, but free recording access will be provided
  • Workshop recording access issues: Prorated refund based on affected sessions

4. Refund Process

  • Submit refund request via email to cricketskills.in@gmail.com
  • Include your name, workshop details, and reason for refund
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Processing fees
  • Downloaded or accessed digital content
  • Completed workshop sessions
  • Special event workshops marked as non-refundable

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Family emergencies
  • Natural disasters
  • Other extraordinary circumstances
